Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality video content for diverse platforms (social media, web, TV) using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop storyboards, shot lists, and editing concepts aligned with brand vision
- Optimize video assets for multiple formats (4K, mobile, social media) while maintaining visual consistency
- Manage post-production workflow including color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics integration
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and emerging technologies in video editing
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback during team reviews
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure deliverables meet campaign objectives and deadlines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects (commercials, documentaries, social media)
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles, color theory, and sound design
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technical skills and creative storytelling abilities
