Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, story-driven videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (social, web, broadcast) while maintaining quality standards
- Implement color grading, motion graphics, and audio mixing to enhance visual impact
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within fast-paced production schedules
- Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and emerging video technologies
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to continuous improvement of production workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 4+ years of professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse project types
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, and visual composition
- Experience with motion graphics, 3D animation, and VFX integration
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate creative vision into actionable edits
