Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and edit dynamic video content for social media, commercials, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with creative directors to align visual storytelling with brand strategy
- Optimize footage for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) with platform-specific requirements
- Manage post-production workflow including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
- Maintain project timelines while delivering broadcast-quality deliverables
- Mentor junior editors and maintain industry best practices in editing techniques
- Stay current with emerging video trends, tools, and platform algorithm updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, color theory, and audio mixing principles
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence
- Experience working with 4K footage and HDR color grading workflows
- Knowledge of SEO-optimized video practices and platform-specific requirements
- Portfolio showcasing narrative-driven projects for major brands or media companies
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field preferred
