Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-impact videos for digital campaigns, social media, and broadcast
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual narratives aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives
- Integrate motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and visual effects to elevate final productions
- Manage video projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, web) with platform-specific formatting
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries while ensuring proper backup and version control
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styles and industries
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Deep understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, and visual composition
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and color grading workflows
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in 4K/8K workflows, HDR standards, and compression techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred
