Responsibilities
- Transform raw footage into polished, emotionally resonant narratives using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual concepts that align with brand narratives
- Execute complex motion graphics, color grading, and VFX integration using After Effects and Cinema 4D
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (social, broadcast, digital) while maintaining quality standards
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across 3-5 concurrent projects
- Mentor junior editors and maintain best practices in asset management
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging storytelling techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, and visual composition
- Experience with 4K/8K workflows, HDR color grading, and audio mixing
- Proven ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence
- Knowledge of motion graphics principles and basic 3D animation
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Arts, or related field preferred
