Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling narratives using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual storytelling concepts and style guides
- Manage motion graphics integration and VFX compositing with After Effects
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (social, broadcast, AR/VR) with technical precision
- Lead editing sessions with cross-functional teams while maintaining project timelines
- Implement color grading and audio mixing standards for broadcast-quality delivery
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating narrative storytelling
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Deep understanding of color theory, sound design, and motion graphics principles
- Experience managing editing workflows for high-volume productions
- Strong communication skills with ability to interpret creative direction
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Arts, or related field
