- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (social media, web, broadcast) with technical precision
- Maintain version control for all projects and assets using industry-standard workflows

Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color theory, sound design principles, and motion graphics
