Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and edit video content for diverse platforms including social media, web, and broadcast
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop storyboards and visual narratives
- Perform color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics integration
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting content for various audiences
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on team projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, color theory, and sound design
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Portfolio showcasing storytelling ability and technical execution
