Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end video editing from concept to final deliverable using Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with directors and producers to translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives
- Design and implement dynamic motion graphics, VFX, and color grading to elevate production quality
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining broadcast standards and brand consistency
- Optimize content for diverse platforms (social, web, broadcast) and aspect ratios
- Mentor junior editors and maintain asset organization across shared drives
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with demonstrable portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and 3D animation basics
- Experience with color correction, audio mixing, and compression formats
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field preferred
