In this role, you will be the final architect of our visual narratives, working closely with directors and creative leads to craft compelling, high-impact stories.
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for global brand campaigns and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with creative directors to define the aesthetic and pacing of projects.
- Perform advanced color grading, sound design, and audio mixing.
- Manage complex project workflows and file organization within a shared server environment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in editing software, visual effects, and storytelling techniques.
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on technical workflows.
- Ensure all deliverables meet strict technical specifications and brand identity guidelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency or studio setting.
- Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in rhythmic editing and visual storytelling.
- Deep understanding of codecs, frame rates, and export workflows for social vs. broadcast.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-priority deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, 'can-do' attitude.
- Relevant degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent practical experience.
