Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end post-production process, from raw ingest to final master delivery.
- Collaborate with directors and creative leads to define the visual aesthetic of projects.
- Execute advanced color grading and motion graphics integration using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage tight production schedules for multi-platform deliverables (Social, Web, TV).
- Perform sound design, mixing, and audio mastering to ensure broadcast-quality results.
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to the evolution of our internal editorial workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a studio or agency setting.
- Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in storytelling, pacing, and visual style.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends and platform-specific video specs.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, or equivalent professional experience.
