Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into engaging user experiences.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms.
- Conduct user testing, A/B testing, and analyze user feedback to continuously iterate and optimize product designs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and external clients effectively.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, learning, and design excellence.
- Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to keep our studio at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional digital products, design systems, and problem-solving skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive web/mobile frameworks.
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
