Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality design assets across digital and print mediums, including landing pages, social media, ad creatives, and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content creators, to align visual design with strategic business objectives.
- Maintain and elevate brand visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, quality, and modern aesthetics.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and executives.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creative excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually innovate our design output.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or tech environment.
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing strong typography, layout, brand identity, and digital design expertise.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centric design principles, digital marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation is a major plus.
