Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect responsive designs
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies through continuous learning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B/B2C projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies including persona development and journey mapping
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Experience working in Agile development environments with Jira/Confluence
- Understanding of front-end development constraints and responsive design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
