Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and color palettes for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead design sprints and creative workshops with cross-functional teams
- Create digital-first brand assets for web, mobile, and emerging platforms
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions
- Present design concepts to C-suite executives with strategic rationale
- Collaborate with UX researchers to ensure brand consistency across user journeys
- Manage design budgets and vendor relationships for production deliverables
Qualifications
- 8+ years in brand design with 3+ years in agency environments
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable brand systems for B2B tech companies
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field from accredited institution
- Experience leading design teams of 4+ designers
- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
- Certification in design thinking methodologies preferred
- Published case studies in design publications (Design Week, It's Nice That)
