Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process from initial concept, user research, and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct regular usability testing to identify pain points and implement data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
- Translate complex requirements into elegant, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence and constructive feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in UI/UX to ensure our product remains at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, specifically within SaaS or consumer-facing mobile applications.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to interpret data and user analytics to make informed design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent practical experience.
