Responsibilities
- Execute user-centered design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Design responsive UI components and systems using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions
- Develop design documentation and maintain a cohesive design system
- Conduct user interviews and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B applications
- Expertise in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Sketch, Principle
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based architecture
- Proven ability to translate business goals into user-centered design solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced agile environments
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement or conversion
