Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for core platform features from concept to final handoff.
- Conduct deep-dive user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.
- Build and maintain a robust, scalable design system in Figma to ensure design consistency across all products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into intuitive UI.
- Facilitate design workshops and critique sessions to foster a culture of creative excellence.
- Analyze data metrics and user feedback to iterate on existing designs for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related digital discipline.
- A professional portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile application design work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
- Demonstrated ability to document design systems and establish design standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment alongside software engineers.
