Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across technical and non-technical teams
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative delivery and quality
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change control processes
- Track KPIs and deliverables using industry-standard tools (JIRA, Asana)
- Prepare executive reports on project status, budget adherence, and ROI
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing)
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and data visualization
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex digital transformation projects
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
