Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from conceptual wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility.
- Translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric interface solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of high-quality design feedback.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile application design work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, design systems, and modern interaction patterns.
- Proven ability to translate user data and business metrics into design improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design strategy to stakeholders.
- Experience in prototyping tools such as Protopie, Framer, or Principle.
