Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Maintain and evolve our enterprise-grade design system to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions based on empirical evidence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and lead engineers to ship high-quality features.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for design excellence throughout the organization.
- Create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes to communicate vision and validate concepts with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed design documentation and assets for smooth developer handoff.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or consumer-facing product environment.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in user experience, visual design, and systematic thinking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, React components) to facilitate seamless engineering collaboration.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
