Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to high-fidelity final delivery.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain our internal design system to ensure consistency across web and mobile products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to balance user needs with technical feasibility.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our culture of design excellence.
- Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder critiques to build alignment on product vision.
- Create rapid wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital platforms.
- A world-class portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and clean, modern visual design.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and interaction design.
- Proven ability to translate user insights into actionable, high-conversion features.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
