Responsibilities
- Design and prototype high-fidelity user interfaces and user journeys for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, flowcharts, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and iterations to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a SaaS or tech startup environment.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects with clear problem-solving narratives.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
- Experience conducting user interviews and analyzing qualitative/quantitative data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development workflow.
