Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for complex real-world problems
- Lead end-to-end AI model development from research prototyping to production deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms
- Pioneer research in cutting-edge areas: reinforcement learning, generative AI, and multimodal systems
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical excellence through code reviews
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed ML frameworks (Ray, Horovod)
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML systems at scale
- Strong publication record in NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent venues
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure ML)
