Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI mockups and design systems.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to validate design decisions and uncover user needs.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients with confidence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX and UI projects across various platforms (Web, Mobile, Tablet).
- Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of information architecture, visual hierarchy, and interaction design principles.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
