Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models, specifically focusing on NLP and Transformer architectures.
- Conduct rigorous research and publish findings in top-tier academic conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research breakthroughs into scalable, production-ready features.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data pipelines, and model governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Extensive experience with LLMs, GPT architectures, or Computer Vision.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
