Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Create comprehensive design documentation and maintain consistent UI/UX patterns
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimize conversion funnels
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends and tools to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Proven ability to translate business goals into user-centric solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies including persona development and journey mapping
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
- Background in A/B testing and data-driven design optimization
