Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Lead Agile/Scrum methodologies with 8+ cross-functional teams across product development, engineering, and design
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications with C-suite executives, clients, and external partners
- Implement JIRA/Confluence workflows for real-time progress tracking and reporting
- Manage $2M+ project budgets with strict adherence to financial constraints
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes through retrospectives and KPI analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 4+ years in tech/software development environments
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory; Agile/Scrum Master certification preferred
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in risk management, budget control, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans
- Exceptional leadership with demonstrated success in mentoring junior project managers
