Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity prototyping
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Develop responsive UI systems and design systems for scalable solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Create compelling visual designs using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize experiences
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) and responsive design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
