Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications
- Automate regression tests using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright frameworks
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and implement root cause analysis
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing for complex fintech systems
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish continuous improvement workflows
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with 2+ years in fintech or regulated industries
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Experience with agile methodologies and test-driven development practices
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
