Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into visual solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to iterate rapidly.
- Optimize existing user interfaces for maximum usability and accessibility compliance (WCAG).
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during design reviews.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (to facilitate smooth handoffs).
- Experience with design research methods, including usability testing and persona development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
