Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design implementation fidelity
- Develop design documentation and style guides for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
