Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design projects for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to identify pain points and inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems, components, and documentation to ensure consistency across products
- Create interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD to communicate design concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs while balancing technical constraints
- Analyze user behavior data and iterate on designs based on performance metrics and user feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews to maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping and collaboration with developers
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business outcomes
