Role Overview
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our software development projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders across multiple departments, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and soft leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead & Direct: Spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, senior leadership, and clients to manage expectations and drive consensus.
- Agile Methodologies: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and oversee the team's velocity and performance.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and roadblocks early, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team capacity and resource distribution to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Reporting: Produce clear, concise project status reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management methodologies and tools to improve team workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the Technology or IT sector.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks, with experience in Waterfall as a backup.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
