Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and mobile products using Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for complex financial interfaces
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and evangelize design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and complex problem-solving
- Experience with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Proficiency in user research methods including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
