The Role
You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and intuitive user interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions that drive user engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into elegant design solutions.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and data analytics.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proficiency in Figma with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, visual design principles, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
