Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise clients
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Ability to present design rationale to executive stakeholders
