Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping to uncover deep user insights
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Establish and evolve design systems for scalable, consistent user experiences
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with strong visual design skills
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects with measurable impact metrics
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions
- Strong collaboration skills working with agile development teams
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
