Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end R&D projects from conceptualization to prototype validation
- Design and implement experimental protocols for quantum hardware optimization

- Secure intellectual property through patent applications and technical documentation

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in quantum computing or advanced R&D
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, cryogenics, or superconducting systems
- Proficiency with Python, MATLAB, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications or patent filings
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding through grants or partnerships
- Experience with lab automation and precision measurement instrumentation
