Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design.

- Create and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, effectively articulating the rationale behind design choices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful design projects and a focus on usability.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
