Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-level software deployments
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Champion agile ceremonies and continuous improvement processes
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation for distributed teams
- Drive adoption of Jira, Confluence, and Asana for project tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS/tech environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid project frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with budget management exceeding $1M
- BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or related field
