Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity visual design.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and user testing sessions to validate design decisions with quantitative and qualitative data.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Develop and maintain our internal design system to ensure consistency across all web and mobile platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices across the entire organization.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user journeys to cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or consumer-facing digital products.
- A robust portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving, intuitive UI design, and modern aesthetic sensibilities.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a major plus).
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present design rationales effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
