Design the Future of Fintech
Apex Innovations is looking for a world-class Senior UI/UX Designer to elevate our user experience strategy. We are a fast-growing FinTech company revolutionizing how small businesses manage their finances. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, accessible, and visually stunning interfaces that our customers love.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology. You won’t just design pixels; you will design journeys that solve real-world problems. We value designers who can think strategically while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Own the design process for key product features, from initial brainstorming to high-fidelity prototyping and handoff.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to validate design assumptions.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive Design System to ensure visual consistency and accelerate engineering delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Present design proposals and rationale to executive stakeholders to secure buy-in.
- Maintain a deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive design.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or Fintech.
- A robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and a strong focus on micro-interactions and motion.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, auto-layout).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with design research methodologies (user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
