Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and implement features.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and defend design decisions with data and user feedback.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the UX/UI space.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in a technology-driven environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX processes and visual design excellence.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Experience with design handoff tools and prototyping software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
