Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and monitor business performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Conduct A/B tests and experimental analyses to optimize marketing campaigns and user experiences
- Document analytical processes and maintain data quality standards across the organization
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical analysis methods
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark/Hadoop)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences
