Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end design process, from concept and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final execution.
- User-Centricity: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to validate design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
- System Building: Develop, maintain, and scale the internal Design System to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital touchpoints.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Visual Excellence: Create pixel-perfect, responsive designs that adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, preferably within the FinTech or SaaS industry.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie).
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of UX principles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development frameworks is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate design rationales, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
