Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to final implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop responsive UI systems and design tokens for scalable product ecosystems
- Create interactive prototypes and design specifications for development handoff
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices across teams
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to balance business goals with user needs
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and conversion metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
