Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines using Python and cloud technologies.
- Conduct deep exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical models.
- Optimize existing models for scalability, speed, and accuracy using advanced statistical techniques.
- Communicate complex data findings and model performance to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior data scientists on best practices in code quality and architecture.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
