Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, interactive wireframes, and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Analyze user metrics to iterate and optimize existing interfaces
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch, Principle
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience
