Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and executive teams to ensure strategic objectives are met
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize delivery velocity and quality
- Financial oversight including budget forecasting and cost variance analysis
- Team leadership and mentorship of junior project professionals
- Stakeholder reporting through executive dashboards and status presentations
- Process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and project predictability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Asana tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Data-driven decision making proficiency with analytical tools
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
